Vice President of Operations, David Wilkes, is a graduate of the College of Charleston. Prior to joining Dock Street Communities at its inception in 2005, David had an extensive background in commercial banking as an asset portfolio manager. David later joined resort development company, Winchester Land and Development in Myrtle Beach. While there, his work saw the completion of four high-rise oceanfront projects as Project Manager.
David is active in the Grand Strand area as a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, The Horry Georgetown Homebuilders Association, The National Homebuilders Association, and a board member of the Horry County Habitat for Humanity.
