Three parts to our name signify three important aspects to our business.
"Dock" – implies access to water. Coastal living is important to us. This is where we thrive and where we believe others will too. Our communities span the Southern coastline from Sunset Beach, North Carolina to St. Augustine, Florida.
"Street" – We believe life outside the home is as important as life within. Our "streetscape focus" fosters interaction and communication among residents. Ease of access to amenities or commercial centers promotes a full and engaging lifestyle.
